- You need of Ladyfinger.
- Prepare of Spices (salt, turmeric, red chilli ,dry coriander, amchur).

Bhindi: Selection of good okra is very important to make any recipe using bhindi. - Wash ladyfinger and leave it for getting dry for 15 minutes.

- Now take a pan add some oil then put ladyfinger in this pan cook it for 10 to 15 minutes now add onion if you want it's optional.
