Keep the skin aside. slit the karelas length wise. remove the seeds. discard the seeds if very hard, otherwise mix them with the skin scrape. Stuffed Karela instructions
- Soak chana daal overnight..peel Karela with spoon and soak in salted hot water.
- Take out seed of Karela in a bowl and add chana daal, chopped onions, mango, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, haldi powder, Garam masala powder, Dhania jeera and saunf powder, oil, ajwain, nigella seeds, Salt and mix properly.
