Utter Pradesh Hing jeera aloo step by step
- Add a little water and potato to the cooker and boil until 2 whistle comes out..
- Then remove the potato skin and cut into small pieces..
- Heat oil in pan and add the cumin seeds..
- Once it is cracked, add the hing..

- Now add the chopped potatoes and saute in medium heat for 5 minutes..
