Ingredients of Hyderabadi Egg Dum Biryani

  1. You need 1 Glass of Basmati Rice.
  2. You need 4 of Eggs.
  3. You need 1000 ml of Water.
  4. It's 50 gms of Curd.
  5. It's 4 of Onions.
  6. It's 1 of Large Tomato.
  7. Prepare 2 of Green chillis.
  8. You need 3 tsp of Ghee.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
  10. You need 2 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste.
  11. Prepare 1 inch of Cinnamon stick.
  12. You need 3 of Cloves.
  13. Prepare 2 of Cardamon.
  14. You need 1 of Bay leaf.
  15. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  16. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  17. You need 1/2 tsp of Chilli powder.
  18. You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  19. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.

  21. You need 2 tbsp of Milk.

  1. First boil the eggs and keep a side.Let it cool.
  2. Take another kadai,add 1 tbsp oil,chilli powder,pinch of salt,masala and add eggs little fry it..
  3. Take jar add some Raw Onions,Raw Tomato,Coconut and grind it a smooth paste.
  4. Take some kadai add some oil and ghee, cardamom,cinnamon,clove,bay leaves fry them.
  5. After that add the Onion+tomato+coconut paste into the kadai and fry until raw smell will gone out.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste fry it.Now add salt,chilli powder,green chilli,masala powder,turmeric powder,Coriander powder,Curd,water let it boil the gravy..
  7. Now Add Fried eggs.
  8. Take one pan add water,salt,cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,bay leaves,little bit ghee once boiled add Basmathi Rice into it and cook for 10min until 70% rice was boiled. Drain The Water..
  9. DUM: Now Add the Basmathi rice into a gravy like Layers first add some gravy and Basmati rice like 2 layers..
  10. Take One bowl add 2 tbsp Heat milk,Add kesar or food color into it.
  11. Add the color,Coriander,mint leaves, Ghee into the biryani layer.
  12. Cover it with Plate.Make Sure the air will not go outside so keep some dough for Dum..
  13. Or else instead of dough you can use big bowl with water on top of the plate for 10 min..
  14. Dum biryani is Ready Serve With Raita....
