  2. You need 3-4 of rose Essence drops.
  3. It's as needed of Rose syrup.
  4. You need handful of Chopped pistachios.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of elaichi( cardamom) powder.
  6. It's pinch of Kesar/ saffron.

  3. Now add 5 tbsp of rose syrup & few drops of rose essence and mix it well. Adjust the quantity of the rose syrup as per your sweet taste. Mix everything well and boil it till its 1/4th of the total milk used..
  4. Cook it more until it dries out and starts getting lumpy, as shown in the image below..
  5. Now spread it over a tray by pressing gently. Spread some chopped pistachios and kesar over it. Again give a gentle press so that they gets stuck to the dough..
  6. Let it cool down completely then cut them into pieces. Your delicious Gulabi Kalakand is now ready to serve..
