Ingredients of Gujarati dhokla

  3. Take 250 ml of water in one container then add sugar powder+salt+citric acid+oil shake it well till all ingredients mix together..
  4. Mix the gram flour with turmeric powder together and then start preparing batter with the help of this mixture water only in one direction till a smooth consistency occur. Then covered it with a plate and stored this batter for rest 10 min as it is..
  5. After that open cover and check it becomes spoongy and lastly add baking soda 1/4th spoon in it and mix well..
  6. Then take 250 ml of water in pan on flame and boil it put stand for support inside water and then put pot of cake Grease with oil,add batter inside pot..
  7. Cook it for 15 mins then open cover and allow to cool down for 10 min..
  8. After that throw it in a plate and garnish it with mustard seeds, karri patte, green chilli with hot oil and a mixture of the remaining water and cut them into pieces..
