- It's 1 tbsp of Chilli powder.
- It's 1 pinch of hing.
- It's 3 tbsp of butter.
- It's 2 Cups of hot water.

Now take a plate and grease as under part of the plate. In a large bowl, mix together ragi flour, rice flour, roasted gram flour, butter, hing, chilli powder, sesame seeds and salt together. Mix well with your finger tips without adding water. In a mixing bowl, take ragi flour,rice flour and besan flour along with red chilli powder,sesame seeds,butter and required salt.

- Mix all the flours thoroughly.
- Add Salt, ajwain+jeera powder, chilli powder to the flour along with hing..
- Add butter and mix the flour so that no lumps are formed.
- Now, knead the dough with hot water. Rest the dough for 5mins.
- Grease Murukku maker, fill it with the dough and make Murukkus by deep frying them in oil. (for a more healthy recipe, we can even bake them).
- Murukkus are ready... munch onnnn.....
