  3. Now take a kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame..
  4. When oil gets heated up, add 1 Teaspoon Jeera, 1/2 Teaspoon Sarson & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle..
  5. When they start sizzling, add finely chopped green chillies in it with chopped aloo pieces & mix them properly..
  6. Cook them for 2-3 minutes, till their surface is set..
  7. After 2-3 minutes, close the lid & cook them for 4-5 minutes..
  8. After 4-5 minutes, open the lid & check whether aloo are cooked properly or not..
  9. If they are not cooked properly, cook them for 2-3 minutes more..
  10. Now add spices mix in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes..
  11. In the end, add 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala in it & mix them properly..
